Liposuction

Liposuction surgery is a type of cosmetic surgery that removes fat from the body. It is typically performed on the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks, but can also be done on the arms, neck, and other areas of the body. Liposuction surgery is usually done under general anaesthesia, meaning you will be asleep during the procedure.

Dr Victoria will make small incisions in the skin and insert a small tube called a cannula. The cannula is used to suction out the excess fat from your body. You will also need to wear compression garments for a few weeks to help with healing and to reduce swelling.

Most people are able to return to their normal activities within a few days after surgery, but it may take several weeks before you see the full results of your liposuction surgery.
